Fitness Challenge Progress; Boot Camp Update; New Programs from Forest Vance Training

The fitness challenge is one week underway - if you haven't already, click here to go the comments section of the post and see how everyone is doing so far. If you're taking the challenge, please make sure to keep us updated on your progress!

So for both some good news and bad news: The boot camp as it is will be discontinued for the next two weekends. The good news, however, is that it will be replaced with a new and improved group training program!

Starting the week of April 20th, we'll be holding a six-week group training class. We will meet inside the gym some days and outside other days. The training will be very similar in style to the boot camp, but we'll be able to incorporate even more variety because we'll have access to the equipment at the gym in addition to having the flexibility to go outside and run, etc. I'll do before and after measurements, fitness assessments, and give some nutritional advice to help you get to your goals. This is a great opportunity to get into a program that's like personal training but at a much lower cost! Class will be starting the week of April 20th - at the moment times will be 615am on Tuesday and Friday, but if there is both interest and compatibility the days could change. Price will be about $20 per session - $200 for the six week program, which essentially gives you two free sessions if you make it to every class. Please contact me via phone or email ASAP if you're interested.

In addition, I'm also offering a new program that's perfect for you if you're working out on a consistent basis and you need a 'tune up'. It's a package that includes body comp analysis, a movement assessement, a workout program based on your goals, and nutritonal guidance. This information is presented over two training sessions. In person is obviously the best form of presentation, but if meeting in person is not possible for us or just very inconvenient, coaching via email and phone is also an option. Please contact me for details.
