- Contest begins week of Monday, May 25th - you have almost one week to enter! Do so by phone, email, twitter - any way of letting me know is fine.
- Weigh-ins will be done once per week - during training sessions if you are currently involved in personal or group training, if not arrangements can be made otherwise. 30 days start at time of weigh-in and weigh-ins will be done once per week and at the 30 day mark. If you aren't currently training, you can still enter! I just need to get a before and after weigh-in at the gym at minimum.
- Results will be posted weekly on http://forestvancetraining.com and http://thefitnessmonster.com - I will use initials only. Actual weights won't be posted, just amount lost. I will post the winner's name at the end if desired.
- We'll be doing it 'Biggest Loser' style - weight loss as a percentage of total body weight. I'll also post total pounds lost, but this won't be how final results will be determined.
- Winner gets a Oregon Scientific Heart Rate Monitor and two free training sessions; runner-up will recieve one free training session.
