Our first boot camp was a great success! We had a great showing - especially considering it was 9 am on a Sunday, and the first day of daylight savings time :) We will continue with a class on Saturdays at 9 am at the same location. The first class was pretty basic and included some running, core work, and lots of body weight exercises. Everyone did a great job and worked hard! Some pictures of the action:



We'll be including a lot more variety in future classes, incorporating into the workouts dumbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and more. The program will also include nutritional counseling, body comp analysis, and workout guidance for when you're on your own.
