Due to popular demand and growing class sizes, I've added an additional class time at 6:15 am on Thursdays. So here is the current group training schedule:
6:15 am - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
9:15 am - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
5:30 pm - Tuesday and Thursday
You can sign up 1x, 2x, or 3x a week for these classes. Classes are on-going and you can join at any time! Please contact me today to set up a free consultation if you're interested!
