Introducing Group Personal Training

New program! I'm personally very excited about this ... I think it's going to be a great option for at least 80% of you. If any of the following apply, seriously consider giving group personal training a try:

  • You're looking to increase the number of times per week you're training for even better results, yet you'd like to keep the cost at a reasonable level
  • You want to increase the intensity of your workouts; you feed off of the energy and competitive nature of a group


  • You're looking for a way to get back into personal training or try it out for the first time without the price commitment of one-on-one sessions




Times available to start - beginning July 27th:

  • Monday, Tuesday*, Friday* 615am
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 915am
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 530pm
(*currently a class at these times; please contact immediately if interested in this time slot)

with early morning and more evening time slots to come in the near future ...

Here's how it works:

  • Programs range from 1x a week to unlimited amount of times per week
  • You get assistance with meal planning, a fitness evaluation with body fat testing and circumference measurements once a month, along with personal workout assistance for when you're working on your own
  • You can come to any of the avail times in a given week
  • Will typically be in groups of 4-5 people
  • Body weight, kettlebells, machines, free weights ... you name it, we'll do it. Like personal training, just in a small group.
