Great Food Tracking App; Weight Loss Contest Progress



Are you keeping track of what you're eating? If you aren't, you're not maximizing your results - period. I have every single client of mine keep a food log for at least a week or two and typically more, depending on the individual's goals - give it a try and I promise it will be an eye-opening experience!

My personal favorite free diet tracking software is found at thedailyplate.com - easy to use, gives you a detailed idea of where you're at with your calorie intake, macronutrient breakdown, and much more. They also have a mobile version of the website, as well as a great app for both the blackberry and iphone.

The 30 day weight loss contest is also off to a great start - about half of the contestants have weighed in so far and every single person has seen some progress! I'll post the official standings at the end of the week.
